Online Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, return it to us for an exchange or refund, subject to the following terms.
Return of Merchandise Purchased Online
We do not accept returns or exchanges without a receipt, invoice, or order confirmation.
We offer two effortless ways to return or exchange your order.
1. Head to a store!
To return or exchange your merchandise at an Abercrombie & Fitch or abercrombie kids store, please bring your items and receipt, invoice, or order confirmation. Online orders must be placed in USD to be returned or exchanged in a store in the United States.
To receive your refund to your original payment method*, your return must be made within 60 days of the order shipment date. You will need to provide your name and address if it is a cash return. After 60 days of your order shipment date, you will receive your refund in the form of a merchandise credit.
2. Submit a return online**!
To receive your refund to your original payment method*, your online return must be initiated within 60 days of the order shipment date. After 60 days of your order shipment date, the only option for refund will be offered in the form of an e-gift card, sent to the email address used on the order.

Upon submitting your online return or exchange, you will receive a return label via email.
For returns, a fee of $7.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use either the label in your package or the label that is emailed to you. If you use your own return carrier you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Drop off your return at one of the locations listed here, and your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as we've confirmed we have received your return!

Important Return Information
We refund any merchandise in resalable condition with a copy of your original invoice to the original payment method*** if mailed to the address listed above within 60 days of the shipping date. If you are making a return after 60 days, your refund will be processed as merchandise credit.
Orders placed on this site cannot be returned or exchanged at stores outside the US.
*CBD items are not eligible for digital returns or exchanges. Please visit an Abercrombie & Fitch store to return any purchased CBD items.
**If you placed an order in store and paid cash, any refunds, cancellations or returns will initiate an email allowing you to go back to an Abercrombie & Fitch or abercrombie kids store location in the US within 10 days to receive your refund. If you do not return to a store within 10 days, an e-gift card will be sent to the email address used on your order.
